RMS Online is a unique tool which integrates your EPOS system and website enabling you to upload menu data in real time and allow the customer to place orders (takeaway) or reserve a table (restaurant) online from your own website

The customer data will be transferred directly to the EPOS system and placed in a queue for authorisation. Once authorised the table is reserved or the order is sent atomically to the kitchen printer for preparation.

This feature will save time taking orders over the phone and entering details into the system manually. The payment is also taken online which again reduces one more administrative task. The customer will save on phone call charges and will receive a confirmation e-mail. The internet menu will also allow you to provide more information about the food items, ingredients, pictures etc and the customer will have access to the most up-to-date menu, which will also enhance the customer experience.
