Solution Overview

Purple-I TMS solution will allow you to manage and record your employee time and attendance, leave requests, and employee performance. Employee attendance and clock in/out time information can be entered through finger print scanners, so there are no excuses about leaving the ID card at home. The system can be installed on your existing IT network infrastructure, allowing you to access this information on your local computer. You can set rota and pay rates for each individual employee which will then be cross referenced with actual attendance data to calculate weekly/monthly salaries.

For project based environments the system will allow staff to enter daily/weekly activity reports, which can then be used to asses performance and resource allocation.
