CINNAMON @ HOME
The award winning Cinnamon club Aberdeen launched its first take-away and delivery outlet to allow the local population to sample it’s fine dishes in the comfort of their homes. They appointed us to supply an EPOS system which will allow the front of house staff to take customer orders efficiently and accurately. What particularly impressed them was the caller-ID integration which routes all calls into the system and identifies existing customers and then extracts the relevant customer data, ready to take the order. This feature alone saves over 75% of the time normally taken to take orders manually.
Another feature they appreciate is the innovative intuitive user interface which makes using the system very easy even for the novice. They also liked the fact that they can create a customer database which can then be used for future direct marketing campaigns.
