DINE ASIA

Dine Asia is a fine dining restaurant serving a full Indian & Thai menu, with a bar lounge. They appointed us to install our system in their flagship restaurant in Nutley, which is the first of a planned chain of restaurants with this new Pan-Asian concept. What particularly impressed them was the way our system could be adapted for serving drinks in the lounge as well as serving diners at the restaurant and also offering a take-away service.

Another feature they appreciate is the scalability. They wanted the ability to add more restaurants as time goes on, plus a centralised management system to co-ordinate a whole chain of establishments. Within each restaurant they also liked the fact that they can easily add more tills, kitchen displays, and different functionality, as their needs evolve. As the chain develops, Dine Asia are going through an exciting time—but they know whatever direction they take our system has the flexibility and functionality to give the support they need.

To maximize service efficiencies they incorporated our hand held units which allows them to take orders from the table and send directly to the system, saving both time and cost of purchasing order pads.
