PIYA PIYA LOUNGE

Piyapiya is a trendy lounge, bar, restaurant serving exotic pan Asian dishes and offering a lounge environment to relax, during the day/evening. By night the venue is transformed into one of London’s most popular Asian Night Clubs dishing out the latest tunes in the British-Asian music scene as well as trying to sell as many drinks as possible within a 3 hour period. In order to manage this business mix they asked us to provide a single integrated solution that would run all the different functions they required.

One of the key requirements was for a system that made it easy for staff to work very fast, and which was extremely reliable and robust— allowing them to serve as many customers as possible during the club nights hence maximising sales and profits. The club is one of the busiest in the city and they have proved our system enables transactions to be conducted in less time than traditional EPOS systems, as well as offering the ability to run complicated promotions and discount schemes.

The system also manages the Restaurant and offers full table and account service allowing them to control this function of the business. Quite often the drinks prices will be different for normal daytime customers from nightclub customers as the drinks suppliers often make promotional offers for the nightclub parties. The system allows them to have multiple menu’s which can be activated from the back office, so that staff do not need to remember the changes and can concentrate on serving the customers.

As we use a Microsoft operating system and they are delighted with the stability this platform provides and the added benefit of extra the features such as remote desktop, which allows remote access to the system from the home or other business office.
